Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo worked with the architects to create a modern and spacious living area for the residents at Reston Overlook. Using three epoxy resins with Persian cream, blue gray and raven black marble chips for aggregates, Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo poured the terrazzo mix over multiple floors of the apartment complex. Terrazzo flooring is one of the most cost efficient products that a contractor and architect can use. Different color combinations and creative designs can instantly draw someone’s attention. The design elements of terrazzo can create a visually stunning environment which can help leasing agents find future residents to occupy the complex. Not to mention that terrazzo is non-porous and antimicrobial, which produces great health effects that residents will desire.
