3,872 square feet of epoxy terrazzo was installed by terrazzo contractor Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo in this modern and spacious residential property. From the moment a patron enters Moda North Bay Village to the time they reach his or her room, the terrazzo is a beautiful display to see. The seamless floor matches perfectly with the interior elements chosen for this space. Using a 400 grit polish level, these white terrazzo floors glisten. Mother of Pearl, recycled light blue glass and natural white marble chips make up the terrazzo mix design. The architects also had Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo include a moisture vapor shield, which minimizes the risk of moisture diffusing through the floors into the air. As a result, the residents can dwell in a VOC-free environment. Terrazzo is an excellent flooring option for sustainable buildings, promoting healthier living standards.
